The Maui Jazz and Blues Festival will hold its second consecutive year at the Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua, running August 31 through September 6 with nightly performances and a main extravaganza event on September 5. Organizers will donate over 200 tickets to Lahaina wildfire survivors.
- The week-long festival features Grammy-winning and Grammy-nominated artists including trumpeter Eddie Henderson, saxophonist Javon Jackson, and trombonist Steve Turre.
- Nightly performances run 6–9 p.m. at the Alaloa Lounge, with the main Extravaganza event on Sept. 5 at the resort Pavilion.
- A closing jazz brunch is scheduled Sept. 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ulana Terrace restaurant.
- Over 200 complimentary tickets will be donated to Lahaina fire survivors as part of the festival’s community commitment.
