- The airline supports Hawaii’s state-funded ERMAT program, which subsidizes interisland medical travel for Moloka’i and Lāna’i residents.
- Passengers check in at a dedicated Lāna’i Air hangar in Honolulu, with complimentary shuttle service to the main terminal provided.
