A section of Front Street in Lahaina will be closed from 5:30–8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, for the Lights for Lahaina Light March community procession. Motorists should plan alternate routes and expect traffic delays in the area.
- Front Street between Kenui Street and Dickenson Street will be closed to vehicles from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 12.
- Barricades will be placed at Baker Street, Papalaua Street, and Lahainaluna Road, with Maui Police managing traffic control.
- The two-day Lights for Lahaina event runs Sept. 11–12 and is free and open to the public.
- Free parking and a complimentary shuttle service via Polynesian Adventure are available both days to reduce area congestion.
- Guests staying near Lahaina should be advised of the closure and encouraged to use event parking and shuttle options.
