Carbonaro CPAs & Management Group, which serves clients on Maui and Hawaii Island, has been acquired by Accuity, expanding the larger firm’s presence to the neighbor islands with 32 additional employees.
- The acquisition brings Carbonaro’s 32 employees under the Accuity brand while maintaining local client service on Maui and Hawaii Island.
- Accuity now has 158 total employees across five office locations on Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island.
- Carbonaro clients will gain access to expanded accounting and advisory services through Accuity’s national network.
- The deal is part of Accuity’s growth strategy across Hawaii, following their 2025 acquisition of another CPA firm on Oahu.
