Maui County launches its Park Maui paid parking program at Kamaʻole Beach Parks I and III on July 15, 2026. Non-resident visitors will pay $10/day while Hawaii residents park free using a valid Hawaii driver’s license.
- Non-resident parking fees are $10/day, $50/week, or $150/month, payable via the Park Maui app or on-site pay stations.
- Hawaii residents park free all day by scanning their driver’s license barcode at a pay station or through the app.
- Weekend and holiday mornings before 10 a.m. are reserved for residents only at Kamaʻole I and III paved lots.
- Kamaʻole II and the dirt lot near Kamaʻole I are excluded from the launch until ongoing road and sinkhole repairs are completed.
- Guests staying in Kīhei rentals should be informed about new parking fees and the Park Maui app before their visit.
