Trilogy Excursions has relaunched its Captain’s Sunset Dinner Sail from Lahaina Harbor, led by Maui-raised Head Chef Brian Tadena. A special Fourth of July Light Show Dinner Sail is also scheduled.
- Trilogy Excursions has resumed its Captain’s Sunset Dinner Sail departing from Lahaina Harbor for the first time since the 2023 fire.
- The experience features a four-course, chef-prepared dinner with locally inspired dishes created by Head Chef Brian Tadena.
- Tadena is a Maui High School and UH Maui College Culinary Program graduate who rose through Trilogy’s in-house culinary team.
- A special Fourth of July Lahaina Light Show Dinner Sail will offer a holiday menu, premium cocktails, and views of Lahaina’s Independence Day festivities from the water.
