Log in to the Extranet
Sign in to the Booking.com Extranet and select your property.

Open your calendar sync
Click Rates & Availability, then Sync calendars.

Open the Export tab and click Export Calendar.

Choose Booked dates (or booked & closed), then click Copy link — that’s your iCal link.

Paste it into your Maui Tom’s account
Paste the link into the calendar field for your property in your Maui Tom’s account — during onboarding, or later from your profile.
