Open your Vrbo owner dashboard
Log in to Vrbo and select your property if you manage more than one.

Go to Calendar settings
Open Calendar, then Settings and the Availability tab.

Connect & export
Under Calendar sync, click Connect calendars, then Export calendar.

Copy your link
Click Copy URL — that’s your iCal link, ending in .ics.

Paste it into your Maui Tom’s account
Paste the link into the calendar field for your property in your Maui Tom’s account — during onboarding, or later from your profile.
